the staff IS very friendly and helpful. i noticed teresa , diomarys , and malik provided pleasant attentions. nicholas were pretty good assisting with storing numerous bags. vanessa and annal at the front desk allowed an early check-in.

the room was dated , and the furniture showed significant wear and tear. the air conditioning unit was quite noisy , even at the lowest setting , it disturbed my sleep.
